Walk HIIT Workout – 15 Minutes

Here is a Walk HIIT workout you can do anytime and anywhere!

Workout Details:

  • Intervals: 15 sets of 30 seconds (power walking) / 30 seconds (walking at an easy pace and light stretching)

Tips:

  • Best times to walk during the work week:
    • Afternoon – Walk after lunch to regain energy and stay focused during the rest of the afternoon
    • Evening – Walk in the evening after work to wind down and relax
  • To make this workout more difficult, you can:
    • Frequency – Increase the amount of intervals
    • Intensity – Walk faster or at an incline during your working intervals
    • Time – Increase the time you are power walking Decrease the time for easy walking
