Here is a quick Sit Ups HIIT workout you can do anywhere or anytime.

Workout Details

Warm-Up: 3 minutes jumping jacks
Intervals: 9 x 30 seconds sit ups / 30 seconds complete rest
Cool-Down: 3 minutes jumping jacks


– Lay flat on the ground
– Have a slight bent in your knees
– Keep your core tight throughout the movement
