Rope Climb HIIT Workout – 15 Minutes
Here is a Rope Climb HIIT workout you can do with a VRX ropes climbing machine or at an outdoor location with the proper equipment.
Warm-Up: 3 minutes (Resistance setting 2 normal pace)
Intervals: 9 x 30 seconds (Resistance setting 3 at 100% ALL OUT) / 30 seconds complete rest
Cool-Down: 3 minutes (Resistance setting 2 normal pace for 1 minute and then stretch)
