Pull Ups HIIT Workout – 15 Minutes

Here is a Pull Ups HIIT workout you can do at an outdoor gym or with a pull up bar at your house.

Workout Details

Warm-Up: 3 minutes Jumping Jacks
Intervals: 4 x 20 seconds overhand pull-ups / 40 seconds complete rest
Intervals: 4 x 20 seconds underhand pull-ups / 40 seconds complete rest
Cool-Down: 3 minutes Jumping Jacks

Tips

– Use the full range of motion during your pull-ups
– Focus on activating your lats during the overhand pull-ups
– Focus on activating your biceps during the underhand pull-ups
– If you can’t do a pull-up, try negative pull-ups by starting at the top of the movement and slowly moving down to build strength
