Jump Rope HIIT Workout – 15 Minutes

Here is a Jump Rope HIIT workout you can do anywhere or anytime.

Workout Details:

  • Intervals: 5 sets of 60 seconds (jump rope with both feet together) / 30 seconds (active rest)
  • Intervals: 5 sets of 60 seconds (jump rope with alternating feet) /30 seconds (active rest)

Tips:

  • Jump just high enough to clear the rope
  • Land on the balls of your feet
  • Keep your arms and shoulders stable while swinging the rope
