Workout Details

Warm-Up: 3 minutes jumping jacks
Intervals: 9 x 30 seconds (High Knees 100% ALL OUT) / 30 seconds active rest by walking
Cool-Down: 3 minutes jumping jacks


– Stand up tall and keep your back straight
– Drive you knees to your chest and dont bend down
– Move fast
