Burpees HIIT Workout – 10 Minutes

Here is a Burpees HIIT Workout you can do at home, at the gym, or outdoors!

Workout Details:

  • Warm-Up: 2 sets of 1 minute (jumping jacks) / 30 seconds (active rest)
  • Intervals: 7 sets of 30 seconds (burpees) / 30 seconds (active rest)

Tips:

  • Focus on moving powerfully through the push up and the jump
  • Walk around in between your sets to balance high-intensity with low-intensity
  • Aim for about 10 burpees per set
