Burpees HIIT Workout – 10 Minutes
Here is a Burpees HIIT Workout you can do at home, at the gym, or outdoors!
- Warm-Up: 2 sets of 1 minute (jumping jacks) / 30 seconds (active rest)
- Intervals: 7 sets of 30 seconds (burpees) / 30 seconds (active rest)
- Focus on moving powerfully through the push up and the jump
- Walk around in between your sets to balance high-intensity with low-intensity
- Aim for about 10 burpees per set
