Battle Ropes HIIT Workout – 15 minutes

Here is a Battle Ropes HIIT Workout you can complete in 15 minutes.

  • Warm-Up: 2 minutes (get on knees and slam with one hand for 30 seconds then alternate)
  • Intervals: 5 x 30 seconds (100% ALL OUT Standing Alternating Hand Slams) / 30 seconds rest
  • Intervals: 5 x 30 seconds (100% ALL OUT Standing Double Hand Slams) / 30 seconds rest
  • Cool-Down: 3 minutes (get on knees and slam on one side for 30 seconds then alternate)

Tips:

  • Grip: My hands slide off the handles unless I grip the beginning of the handle with my thumb and index finger to lock it in place.
  • Stance: Slight squat with feet shoulder-width apart and knees trailing toes
  • Speed: Fast and Controlled
